With the Stag as your drum, it is a time to stand tall and be seen, to magnetise what you desire, and to remember that thought and intention shape reality.
The Stag is deeply Earth-tied, bringing harmony, patience, and natural progression. He teaches the wisdom of waiting — not passivity, but grounded trust in timing. Solitary for much of the year, yet generous when he shares his power, the Stag offers his ways to those prepared to receive them. Across the Celtic lands he has long been a figure of myth and reverence; with age comes wisdom, and with responsibility comes strength of will.

Oak… the King of Trees.
Sacred to Jupiter, Zeus, Thor, and the Druids of the Celtic lands.
In the Ogham, Oak stands as a symbol of Leadership, Truth, Courage, Wise rulership, Protection and hospitality
The Celts gathered in oak groves for ceremony and counsel, seeing this mighty tree as a bridge between heaven and earth.
Oak reminds us when life’s storms come, bend rather than break, root deeply, stand steady.
Its message is one of enduring strength and noble presence.

Beloved spirit of Derwen Aur,
Golden Oak,
ancient rooted one
I welcome you into my life with reverence.
May the wisdom of the Oak
steady my steps and strengthen my spirit.
May I stand tall in truth,
rooted deeply within myself,
yet flexible enough to bend with life’s changing winds.
Spirit of the Stag,
guide me toward the paths that are meant for me.
Open my eyes to signs, synchronicities, and opportunities
that align with my soul’s becoming.
May I walk forward with dignity and courage.
May I trust the timing of my life.
May I say yes to expansion,
yes to growth,
yes to the calling rising within me.
As Jupiter blesses the heavens with abundance and possibility,
may this drum awaken optimism, confidence, and wise leadership within my being.

Every drum I create is guided by intuition, oracle, and spirit. I invite in the natural elements, the ancestors of the land, and the celestial currents so each drum becomes a living bridge — a union of tree, animal, human, and cosmos.

When you first play this drum, you awaken its true voice. I never sound the drums before they leave me — this initiation belongs only to you. 

I began this path over 20 years ago, after reading When the Women Were Drummers by Layne Redmond. My calling has always been to make drums that connect us back to the heartbeat of the Earth Mother, honouring the animals, trees, and elements in the most ethical way possible.

This drum carries not just sound — but medicine, memory, and magic. It is waiting for the one who feels its call.
