I provide a safe space where we can explore and journey deep within.
Using chanting, singing, drumming, silence, visualisation, ceremony, art and movement, I support people to make the transformations they need in their lives now, whilst holding the healing energy of the group. I encourage you to gather your friends and book a workshop as a group! Some workshops can be adapted in to a 2-day ‘weekend retreat’.
