This is possibly the only practitioner training Gail, as an initiated elder will hold… so please take advantage of sitting in sacred space with us this year.
In Gails words “it is the REVEAL of your story that is the Rite of Passage”- so sit with us, allow yourself to be witnessed and held by myself, Gail and the Power Sisters in this container…Yes- YOU ARE A POWER SISTER! We invite you to buddy up with a Power Sister and support one another, to share more deeply, perhaps to meet and hold ceremony together, hold this training together…who knows what the future may bring when we have these connections!
What makes an Initiated elder? Being in touch with oneself, carrying all these stages of life within, maturity, agency, strong ethics, community, love for the Earth and humanity.
In life we journey through the fire of initiation- often unconscious to it as our lived experience, our trials, are the initiations- the hard times- through suffering we are given an opportunity to step up and out of victimhood.
Most of us are initiated through accidents, illness, death of loved ones…. these things that stop us in our tracks….these are CHANGE AGENTS- the energy of Change transforms us- we will be looking for these change agents in our past and seeing what memories are sparked, what initiations came through these changes?
Life initiates us ….instead of us being initiated by the elders of our community.

We will have a continuous processing of the stages of womanhood starting with our birth story diving deeply into the first half of the spiral…. remembering…and then visioning into the second half…who do we want to be, how will be support our community and humanity?

Join Gail and I for a deeply transformative 6-month, online journey through the Nine Passages of Womanhood. Together, we will gather monthly around powerful thresholds to explore the sacred spiral of life.
This is a journey of healing, prayer, truth-telling, and reclamation—a remembering of who we are beneath the layers.
Each gathering is held online in a sacred circle of women, where we:

Celebrate the thresholds we were never honoured for.
Connect with our ancestors and future generations.

January – Birth & Mid Girl
Rebirthing ceremony, reawakening the Inner Girl, visualisation, story sharing and celebration.
February – Menarche (First Blood)
Honouring our first blood, exploring the awakening of the ‘girl-woman’ within, and what she needed but never received.
March – First Flight (Leaving Home)
A threshold of separation and becoming. Ritual, and letting go through a symbolic death ceremony.
April – Womanhood Bloom
The power of menstrual medicine, self-care as soul recovery. Reclaiming your soulskin and preparing for life’s next spiral.
May – Mid Life- Deepening Woman
Standing at Midlife and then the edge of menopause, cocooning into the Mystery. Broken Basket Woman. Wise Woman Initiation. Stories, ceremonies, and support through the Void.
June – Stone Crone & Death
Journeying forward along the ancestral timeline. Honouring legacy, truth, and medicine. Death rites and oracle teachings as we become the future ancestors.

For Women Called to Teach the Thresholds
For those who feel called not only to walk the spiral but also to share these teachings with others, there will be an additional pathway of support.
Within this 6-month journey, we are opening a WhatsApp container with myself and Gail Burkett for women who wish to step into the role of guide and teacher of the Nine Thresholds.
This circle will offer continued reflection, mentoring, and resources to help you carry these rites forward in your own community.
I trained in the Life Spiral 9 Passages with author Gail Burkett (see her books here), journeying twice with groups under Gail’s Guidance. As well as this I bring over 30 years of experience walking the sacred path of Women’s Wisdom. My work weaves together rites of passage, womb and earth connection, trauma healing, Red Tent and Moon Lodge practices, menstrual recapitulation, counselling, addiction recovery, breath and meditation practices, yoga, and shamanic traditions.
This journey is for ALL women—mothers, elders, space-holders, and women walking through transition. Especially supportive for those guiding youth, healing from trauma, or stepping into leadership.
These six months will reconnect you with your authentic, cyclical self, and the ancient wisdom of the Grandmothers. You’ll remember the medicine you came here to carry—and the path to walk it with strength, compassion, and clarity.
