Day 1- arrival from 10am
Day 2 – time with Rachael- 2 x 1.5hr sessions am and pm
Day 3 prepare to head home, vacate by 4pm

Full access to my infrared lamp and itera wand (both work on healing at a cellular level)
Daily supply of tasty nutritious organic juices, smoothies and health shots.
Access to my moon-pause books library
2 sessions with me, Rachael – am and pm – we can discuss anything you need, create your own healing manifesto, look at what support/options you may need…this can all be discussed prior to booking.
There are beautiful near by walks and places to visit- Ty Canol woods and Pentre Ifan stones, Newport beach is 15 mins drive, Cardigan town with shops, cafes, cinema and castle- 20 mins drive!
The cabin is a small cosy space with bed and burner.
Bedding is luxury Egyptian cotton.
Infra red lamp installed next to the bed for seated use.
Kitchen and toilet access are in the main house just a short walk over the garden. (Commode in cabin)
