Terms and Conditions of website use- all customers become a Member of my Membership Club.
Agreement of Membership
My Drum Members and Customers (“club”) is a private membership club, for those of mankind only, to share knowledge and experience of how to structure ones service-based life and business beyond the influence, levies or oversight of evil systems & actors;
The club is hosted by i: a woman; Rachael Crow; basic life-time membership is free; all activities through or within the club occur within the private domain only; membership commences when you make the agreement below, and ends whenever you or i (or a man or woman acting on my behalf) wish to end the agreement for any reason, and write to the other to say so; when you order any product, service, program or offering you confirm your acceptance to the agreement of membership and laws of the club;

The agreement and laws are written and stated for everyones benefit – to maintain our relating with each other in the private, as man and woman, the way God made it; and to remove any presumptions that any other soul or person may seek to apply to bind us to a lesser form;

i, enter into this agreement of my own free will; i choose to establish this agreement between i, and the man, Rachael Crow;
i agree to be responsible for my own actions and for the consequences of how i apply anything i learn here;
i attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website or to any event or place provided within the club (including electronic communications) are by i, in my own right and private capacity as a man/woman only;
i agree therefore that any claims of wrong which arise in regard to anything this agreement covers shall be governed only by law, cannot be brought to a lesser legal venue, and may be pressed only in a court of law by and between those of mankind where earnest attempts for peaceful remedy have failed;
i understand that the content (property) shared through this website is with the intent to help and heal others and that the man or woman who did create it is responsible for how and where to best share it; i therefore agree not to share, copy, reproduce, or sell any of the said property unless i do first obtain the written consent of the man and or woman who did create it;
i agree to act according to law, and to treat every other man or woman who participates in or works in support of the club with kindness and respect; i understand that if i do not do so, or if i am abusive, aggressive, irresponsible, menacing or harassing towards any of said man or woman and do not make remedy to the satisfaction of the one wronged, that my membership will be cancelled, and i will lose access to all time and property offered by or through the club whether or not i have paid or donated to access it;
i agree to and digitally autograph this agreement in exchange for access to benefits offered by or through the club and i have read and agree to the laws of the club (below).
Laws of the Club
The club, website, knowledge and experience offered here is provided by i: a woman; Rachael Crow, on an “as is” basis, in the private;
The rules of the club are as follows and become law once you agree to the agreement; your use of this website in any manner confirms your agreement;
i, as a woman, speak to you always as a man or woman only;
The knowledge and experience i offer through this website or any outlet of the club is property of i; all who use the property offered through this website or any other outlet of the club do so as a man or woman only, and take full responsibility for their use;
All who donate or compensate for time or property through this website or any other outlet of the club, do so as a man or woman in the private, directly to i, the woman: Rachael;
Each man or woman takes full responsibility for any content they post on this website as well as in any group or forum that we manage outside of this website, and does agree to follow the guidelines of all such groups and forums on or off this website, as well as to always treat others of mankind with respect, taking responsibility for their own offences, feelings and emotions during interactions with others; we reserve the right to terminate membership to the club, or to remove access to a particular group or forum or offering, or to remove or edit any content, at our sole discretion, whether or not a donation or compensation has been made in order to be a part of such a group, forum or offering on or off this website;
Any information you provide to this site you provide in the private; we consider the information you provide to this site as your property; we will respect your property and keep it private; we do not store details online; we do not store credit or debit card numbers;
You can request a copy of any information that we hold about you; you can also request that we delete your information;
All who attend any online or offline events offered through the club are responsible for their own circumstances and feelings, and for how they apply any guidance they may receive, and do agree not to attempt to make those who may host or any others of mankind who may be in attendance responsible for said circumstances or feelings, or for any consequences of such application;
We record our online events and do sometimes publish the recordings for teaching purposes; by participating in any online event, you agree to your voice and or image being used and shared in this way if you choose to speak or appear on screen;
You allow us to place information on the hard drive of your computer in the form of so-called cookies, which you can remove or decline at any time;
We have the right to change these laws whenever we feel it is needed, and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any changes; we will write to you when we change them, and you will be able to cancel your membership if you do not agree to the changes;
These laws also apply to any events offered by or through the club which may take place in any physical location;
