Day 1- arrival from 10am
Day 2 – time with Rachael- 2 x 1.5hr sessions am and pm (or times to suit)
Day 3 prepare to head home, vacate by 4pm
These retreats are for those of you who have read my book, done my on line course and so know where I’m coming from on this healing path.
Included in price-
Full access to my infrared lamp, PEMF pad and itera wand (all work on healing at a cellular level)

2 sessions with me, Rachael – am and pm – we can discuss anything you need, create your own healing manifesto, look at cleanses, options you may not have looked at yet…this can all be discussed prior to booking.
There are beautiful near by walks and places to visit- Ty Canol woods and Pentre Ifan stones, Newport beach is 15 mins drive, Cardigan town with shops, cafes, cinema and castle- 20 mins drive!
The cabin is a small cosy space with bed and burner.
Bedding is luxury Egyptian cotton.
Infra red lamp installed next to the bed for seated use.
Kitchen and toilet access are in the main house just a short walk over the garden, and there’s a commode in the cabin!
