My Sacred Practices….
Breathe with Mary- Receive her blessing
If you have any favourite oil you like to use, you could anoint yourself that first- anointing your crown, third eye, throat, heart and womb…. I love to use rose or spikenard or frankincense.
We are going to invite Mary into our space, I love to listen to the Aramaic Lord’s Prayer while I do this practice. My favourite version of it is here-
Start by taking a breath and giving thanks to yourself for making the time to be with Mary.
So as you breathe, call Mary in, call her to you, feel her Energy.
Feel her hand on your heart, filling you with golden light.
She’s initiating your light body.
Just feeling her presence, feeling her love, as she blesses you.
She’s blessing you with her energy.
She’s blessing you with her presence.
Maybe she has words for you, stay open and listen.
Breathe and relax. Feel this golden light pouring through your body, entering every cell of your being.
Open yourself to her.
Open yourself to the music, open yourself to the words.
This is the energy of the Magdalene High Priestess.
Goddess energy, Christos energy, in divine feminine form,
God, let the words wash over you.
Mary and Yeshua spoke in Aramaic. This is their mother tongue.
Mary looks into your eyes. She has her hand on your heart.
She sees you. She speaks to you, Sister, I see you. Sister, I love you. Sister, from my heart to yours, we are one.

Your Body has the Prescription
What if your own body wisdom could give you the healing prescription to come into radiance and vitality?
When I ask my body what it needs today…it never says “go on your phone, or check your emails!” – it’s always self loving messages- rest, be in nature, drink a green juice, do some breath work….
The wisdom of your body can tell you what it needs to come into balance and alinement!
Get your own magical prescription from listening deeply to your cells.
Take some time today to drop into your body and send it some love, ask it what it needs ….and act on that.
Here’s a Guided meditation for you – connecting into your body, asking it questions, listening to your body as a muse .
Have a journal, or paper and pen handy.

So have a journal handy, and we’re just going to take some breaths and just come into our heart space.
So just breathe with me, taking three deep breaths, feeling your heart expanding, sending your roots down into Mother Earth, and asking her energy to rise up to meet you, to hold you ground you.
I’m just going to ask you to just tune in with your body, go within and just allow your hands to go to where your body needs to be touched or held today.
It may be where there’s some kind of imbalance or disease in your body, or it may be somewhere completely different.
So just really notice.
Maybe you just want to use your fingertips.
Maybe it’s just a really light touch.
Noticing how your body feels being touched, noticing where your body is calling for touch, where your body is calling to be listened to.
As you go within, just ask the question, “body, what do you want me to know right now in this moment? What do you need me to listen to?”
And if you need to, you can just quickly open your eyes and write down what the message is from your body, or just hold it.
Hold it in the field, and breathe deeply, breathing into your heart, you can just ask the question again, “body, dear body, what do you need me to know about this place? What is your message to me in this moment?”
Again, if you want to write down the answers, if nothing comes, just sit. Maybe notice a feeling. Maybe you’ll get a sensation of opening or relaxation or even tension, don’t add a story to it, don’t make it anything bigger than it is.
Just notice. It’s just about noticing and witnessing, just really reassuring your body that you’re listening and notice how you feel. Notice how it is for you- listening to your body, really giving yourself this time and listening to your body and then asking the questions
What does your body need?
What does your body desire?
Is there a new habit that you need to make for your body?
Is your body wisdom telling you a specific food to eat a specific exercise to do?
Your body has so much wisdom.
Your body can give you the prescription you need to heal.
You just need to drop in and listen.
And you could even drop in as far down, down, down to one cell, and ask that cell, what does it need?
It might just be something simple, like water, more water. Drink pure water, green juice, wheat grass shots.
So just keep listening, really listening.
Keep asking the body to show you, and if it’s if it gives you a new habit or maybe it suggests yoga practice or walk in nature, you can get really specific and say, “How often do I need to do this? How often do I need that shot of wheat grass? How often should I drink water?” Is it going to be every day, maybe three times a day?
If it’s a yoga class, you know, how often should I go to yoga? Just start with once a week, twice a week. Build up to an everyday practice. Five minutes a day.
Your body has the wisdom, so just listening and making notes, and you know when it’s what you need to do, because you feel that it’s like a yes in your heart, or a relaxation or a leaning towards it.
You can do questions like “show me when this issue started in my body” and you may be surprised what you’re shown- it might be something recent. It might be something a year ago, two years ago, might be something from childhood.
It might be past life, be open to being shown or getting a feeling or a sense. When did this start?
And you can ask the question, what is the reason for this?
“What is the reason for this imbalance in my body, or this pain, this disease in my body? What’s the reason for it?”
Just be open to whatever answers you get, and know that whatever comes in straight away is usually right. Don’t question it. Don’t go into doubt. Don’t try and make a story.
You can ask the question, “can this issue be resolved in this lifetime?”
And that may be a question you don’t want to answer, or do you what you don’t want to ask? It’s just a suggestion.
And if the answer is no, it’s like, wow, what can I do to live healthy life with this issue?
Plenty of people live perfectly long lives with disease or illnesses.
So stay positive.
Stay in the love.
Stay in the vibration of peace.
And then if it says yes, you know, you can ask, what’s the realistic time for this to be resolved based on the new suggestions your body’s given you, or the new habits, the changes that you’re going to make? What’s the realistic time frame of this?
One of the most powerful relationships you will ever have in this lifetime is the relationship between your soul and your body, and it’s your soul that’s speaking to you, and it’s your body that’s speaking to you, and it’s bringing those two into alignment.
Your higher self has a reason for what’s happening to you right now, and it’s come to get you back on track.
To get into alignment, you need to trust that you are always guided. Your body and your Higher Self, your angels, your guides, have the prescription for health for you, and your lesson in this lifetime is full on embodiment, full embodiment, being here, being here now. You’ve chosen to be on earth at this time, to be fully embodied.
Which means being a bridge, being spirit in a body, soul in a body, a bridge between heaven and earth, that is your job.
