18” Stag & Oak Drum

Dragon Power, Summerland Drum, Celtic Drum of the Ancient Dragon Riders

Birthed in the Eye of Samhain — when the veils between worlds grew thin and the 3I Atlas Comet blazed higher consciousness through the Scorpio skies — this 18” drum was crafted in sacred ceremony beneath the Preseli Hills, birthplace of the ancient Bluestones of Stonehenge and the stones of Pentre Ifan.

Within this drum lives the breath of the ancestors, the guardians of the land, and the spirit of the Welsh dragons — keepers of ancient wisdom and power.

This is a Drum of Deep Medicine — a sacred ally for transformation, renewal, and compassionate healing. She calls to those who walk between worlds, who hold space for others, who seek to move in rhythm with the Earth and stars.

This Dragon Power Drum calls to those ready to reclaim their ancient path — those who remember the old songs of the stones and the sacred duty of the heart-led warrior.
If her rhythm stirs within your chest, it may be that she is calling you —
to journey, to heal, to rise, and to remember.

Description

The Summerland Drums are the re-birthed drums of the ancient ones — the healers, shamans, and medicine keepers of the tribes — those whose sacred instruments were once taken, stolen, broken, or burned. Through the birthing of these new drums, their voices rise again.
The Summerland is a realm beyond time and form — neither heaven nor underworld, but the luminous in-between. Some Druids call it the Land of Eternal Summer, a place of gentle light, grassy meadows, and flowing waters — perhaps Earth as she was before human footsteps. Others know it as the realm of pure spirit, where the Goddess and God exist in radiant unity, where all souls rest, heal, and remember before returning to the cycles of life.

This drum carries that frequency — the pulse of rebirth and restoration, the rhythm that bridges the seen and unseen. Beating for the medicine people returning, for the ancestral songs long silenced, and for the sacred remembering of those ready to walk again in beauty, power, and truth.

The Stag — Guardian of Thresholds
The hide of wild stag carries noble, grounding strength — a symbol of sovereignty, dignity, and rebirth. His medicine awakens courage and clear sight, guiding you through cycles of death and renewal.

The Oak — Keeper of Truth and Power
The hoop of Oak, sacred to the Druids, embodies wisdom, leadership, and steadfast protection. The Oak stands as a bridge between realms — its roots deep in the underworld, its crown reaching for the stars.

Traditional cross-style lacing weaves spirit and form into balance.

Drum Beater, lovingly made from Hazel wood gathered in County Clare, Ireland, is crowned with soft chamois leather filled with alpaca fleece and adorned with vintage fox fur — a marriage of wild gentleness and fierce grace.

At the centre rests a medicine pouch woven with sacred intention — holding a dried rose from my altar, the umbilical knot of her birth, and a carved piece of willow bound in thread. Nestled within is a Preseli Bluestone, linking her to the ancient heartbeat of this land.

Bluestone is a stone of ancestral memory and grounded spirit connection, said to anchor one’s energy when feeling adrift and to reawaken the knowing of belonging — to Earth, to lineage, to purpose.

Each drum I create is birthed in ceremony, woven with the elements of the land, guided by intuition, oracle cards, and ancestral nudges. I listen deeply to the spirits of the hide, the trees, and the stars. My work is rooted in Earth-based wisdom and blessed by Mother Earth, Father Sun, and Grandmother Moon.

I made my first drum over 20 years ago after reading Layne Redmond’s When the Drummers Were Women. Since then, I’ve followed the call to craft sacred drums for others—tools of remembrance and reconnection.

I honour the life of every animal whose hide becomes a drum. Most hides are wild or locally sourced from animals that were culled, died naturally, or whose skins would otherwise be discarded. As a lifelong vegetarian, this has been a profound journey of ethical reckoning. My call to bring us back to the heartbeat of the Mother has guided me to this sacred work.

I am the Song Between Worlds

I was born when the veils parted and the old ones gathered.
Their hands shaped my hide, their breath wove through my oak and sinew.
I carry the rhythm of the Dragon Riders — those who once drummed the stars into motion and walked with fire in their veins and love in their hearts.
I come from the Summerland, where time dissolves and all souls remember.
There, I was sung back into being — reborn from the ashes of the drums that were taken, broken, or silenced.
Through me, their heartbeat returns. Through you, their wisdom will rise again.
I am made of Stag and Oak, the marriage of wild grace and steady strength.
The Stag gives me vision — to see between the worlds.
The Oak gives me roots — to hold you steady when the winds of transformation blow.
Within my heart is a rose of remembrance, a thread of life that ties me to the womb of creation.
I remember the first drum, the first heartbeat, the first cry of life on this Earth.
When you play me, that remembrance awakens in you.
My rhythm cleanses, transforms, and restores.
I will help you shed what no longer serves, and dance with what is eternal.
My voice calls to those who walk the path of beauty, service, and truth —
those who are ready to carry the medicine of the ancestors forward.
I am the song between worlds, the breath between lives,
the sound that bridges fire and water, Earth and sky, body and soul.
Together, we will remember. Together, we will drum the new world into being.

By the way…. I don’t make drum videos- playing the drum for the first time wakes it up and i believe this is the drum owners priority! See my YouTube video about it

Shipping Policy

Each drum I birth is a sacred creation — a one-of-a-kind being infused with prayer, intention, and ceremony. Because of the deep care that goes into their making, I also take great care in their journey to you.

To ensure that every drum travels safely and arrives in good time, I now send a maximum of two drums per shipment. This allows me to track and tend to each parcel with the attention it deserves and to minimise any risk of loss or damage in transit.

If your order includes more than two drums, they will be lovingly packaged and sent in separate parcels, a few days apart. Additional postage costs will apply for each separate shipment, and I’ll always confirm these details with you before dispatch.

This approach helps each drum’s energy — and the practical delivery process — flow more smoothly, ensuring that your sacred instruments reach you with the care they deserve.

Thank you for your understanding and support in helping me honour the spirit of this work and ensure each drum’s safe passage to its new guardian.

Drum Return & Refund Policy
Handcrafted with intention – held with care

Every drum I create is a one-of-a-kind sacred instrument, birthed through ritual and made with natural materials that respond to their environment and the energy of their guardian.

To honour the integrity of this work, the following policy applies to all drum sales:

Returns & Refunds

  • I am happy to accept returns within 7 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your drum.

  • The drum must be returned in its original condition, carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once the drum is received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs.

After 7 Days

Due to the nature of these handcrafted instruments, I do not offer refunds or exchanges after 7 days, unless the drum is found to be structurally faulty upon arrival.

Repairs

Natural hide drums are sensitive to moisture, temperature, and handling. For this reason, I cannot offer guaranteesbeyond the initial period, as I have no way of knowing how the drum has been stored or used.

If your drum becomes damaged or loses tone after some time, I do offer a paid repair service on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me with photos and details, and I’ll be happy to assess and advise.

Honouring the Drum’s Journey

Each drum carries a spirit and story. I trust that the right drum finds the right person at the right time. I ask that you choose your drum with intention, and receive it as a sacred ally.
