This Turkey Tail mushroom tincture is a 100ml dual-extracted blend made from Wild Welsh Woodland-grown, fruiting body mushrooms. Made using traditional extraction methods, using  organic white rum, distilled water and glycerine.

Turkey Tail is a source of naturally occurring polysaccharides, including beta-glucans, as well as phenols and flavonoids. These compounds have been studied for their roles in wellness practices such as supporting a balanced microbiome, contributing to a diverse diet, and promoting resilience in daily life.

While Turkey Tail extracts like tinctures are considered a “novel food” and not authorised for human consumption in the UK, the mushroom itself has a long history of traditional use in food cultures. (see more below)

Turkey Tail tinctures (extracts) are classified as “Novel Foods” in the UK. Due to this classification it is not approved for human consumption by the Food Standards Agency (FSA).

Turkey Tail powder (raw and/or fruiting body) is not considered a “Novel Food”.

100ml Tinctures:
– Mushroom Fruiting Body
– Alcohol
– Distilled Water

– Glycerine

All our mushroom tinctures are made on in West Wales, Pembrokeshire  use fruiting body only.

Please note: Tinctures are extracted with alcohol.
