Day 1- arrival from 10am
Day 2 – time with Rachael- 2 x 1.5hr sessions am and pm
Day 3 prepare to head home, vacate by 4pm

Daily supply of tasty nutritious organic juices, smoothies and health shots.

2 sessions with me, Rachael – am and pm – we can discuss anything you need, create your own healing manifesto, look at what support/options you may need…this can all be discussed prior to booking.
There are beautiful near by walks and places to visit- Ty Canol woods and Pentre Ifan stones, Newport beach is 15 mins drive, Cardigan town with shops, cafes, cinema and castle- 20 mins drive!
The cabin is a small cosy space with single bed.
Bedding is luxury Egyptian cotton.
Electric heater and blanket supplied for the colder months.
Infra red lamp.
Toilet access in the main house just a short walk over the garden. (Commode in cabin)
