For many years I’ve been asked by people who have made drums with me, or welcomed one of my drums into their lives:
“Now I have my drum… how do I work with it?”
This course is my answer.
Introduction to Medicine Drumming is a gentle yet powerful initiation into the sacred art of drumming for healing, journeying, intuition, and spiritual connection. Drawing on teachings I’ve received from medicine people, energy teachers, and my own decades of experience working with drums in ceremony, healing and personal practice, I share the foundations that have helped me develop a deep and meaningful relationship with the drum.
Whether your drum is newly birthed or has been quietly waiting for you to begin, this course will help you build confidence, trust your intuition, and discover your own unique way of working with the drum.
This is not about performing or learning complicated rhythms.
It is about remembering.
Remembering how to listen.
Remembering how to journey.
Remembering your connection to the Earth, the elements, your guides, and your own inner wisdom.
