If you’re wondering who this course is aimed at- we have had women wanting to learn more so they feel confident to hold womens circles, for mothers wanting to hold mum and daughter groups, menopausal who want to honour their lifes journey so far, women who want to learn shamanic tools for self healing, cycle charting tools for sharing with others, those wanting to learn more about the life spiral map that we use, those in a place of “I’m not sure what I’m doing, or where I’m going in life” have found the self enquiry work, the healing, the shamanic journeys and the ceremonies nourishing and supportive for getting ‘back on track’.
Learn from 2 wise women with 60 combined years of living and teaching womens wisdom, shamanic healing, rites of passage, womb wisdom, earth connection, counselling, facilitating groups, addiction recovery, trauma work, meditation, yoga…and more! These teachings are our lifes work combined to bring a truely unique package that we believe no one else is offering.
Rachael Crow is a healer, therapist in many modules of womens health, she has held womens circles, mum and daughter circles, rites of passage cermonies for almost 30 years. Her expertise has been in cycle work, womb work, menopause and womens health as well as out in the ‘main stream’ doing addiction work. She ran her 13 moons programme for four years before merging this work with Eartha’s work and creating Deepening Woman.
After 3 years of living with stage 4 “incurable” cancer, facing her own ‘death sentence’ she is thriving and living life fully and supporting other cancer thrivers, as well as sharing her wisdom on life, fasting and eating well and living WELL!
She is a mother of 4, medicine drum maker living in the wilds of Wales with her husband and 2 youngest children and 3 cats!
Eartha Love has travelled the world and lives on the road with her daughter’s…after years of doing her own soul work and initiating herself through shamanic work, she found her way to bringing the work of a rites of passage to women and girls. She has run mentoring programs and circles for girls and young women and training programs for women to start their own girls circles.
She co founded sacred woman sacred world which seeks to restore our outer world by restoring our inner world..coming back in touch with connection, soul and devotional love for life.
Once we restore ourselves as sacred we can restore the sacredness of life into the hearts of the human family…it’s the path of devotional love and the evolution of consciousness..
Since she shared a profound death experience with her beloved she has begun the work of birthing the new earth through the heart of the sisters through conscious death.
Her work with Rachael is more of this work bringing conciousness to the nine rites of passage of woman with the death threshold at the centre informing them all…
Rachael and Eartha came together in 2012 to gather women to hold the girls of our local community, they started a mother and daughter lodge which sucessfully ran for 5 years, and have supported women sto set up their own groups all over the UK and beyond.
After running a mother and daughter lodge and camps together they now weave together their unique medicine into this offering that is Deepening Woman.
Combining womens rites of passages with deep shamanic practices. Deepening Woman Teachings will guide women though the Nine Passages /Life Spiral of womanhood, as well as including menstrual recapitulation, rites of passage ceremonies, shamanic journeys, meditation, Red Tent and Moon Lodge wisdom, journaling, circling, chanting, crafting, touching nature and connecting with our ancestors…On this journey you will deepen your connection with your authentic self, your cyclical nature and its relation to the seasons and the age old knowledge of our ancient mothers; remembering techniques that increase our natural women’s intuition and connect to our Medicine Woman Self.
These teachings are for ALL women, it will benefit mothers, menopausal women, and women holding circles and working with youth, as the purpose of the teachings are to bring you to your own authenticity so you can live from that place as a strong medicine woman!

Each Passage has journalling, self enquiry work, moon connection, a craft activity, meditation/journey, some ceremony, stories, songs! These are deep rich teachings.
We advise taking at least 9 moons/months working through this journey – but you are free to work through it at your own pace- it will be open for 1 year for you to access the teachings. There will be daily journalling questions (just a few minutes each day), meditations and visualisations to connect to your inner Wise/Medicine Woman, healing practices and beautiful crafts to be made!
Skype sessions can be booked with Eartha or Rachael at £30 an hour, conference calls with both of us are £50 2 hrs max.
These teachings are a culmination of both Rachael and Eartha’s lifes work over the past 30 years of their lives…making it a rich tapestry of almost 60 years of wisdom.

I had connected with Rachael & Eartha previously on one of the Mother and Daughter camps. I experienced the care given to celebrating my daughter’s own rise towards womanhood and when the opportunity arose to receive similar nourishment from them myself through a catch up ceremony, I jumped at the chance to do so, knowing I could rely on her capable leadership. On the day, after working on the preparation materials provided, I was ready to receive exactly what I asked for and they gave and gave. It was definitely emotional and has been subsequently energising. Today I know I have shifted my family’s balance towards a thriving womanhood for future generations. I would recommend an honouring the menarche ceremony for girls or catchup for women to anyone who desires to honour who they are in a safe space, held with sensitive expertise and dedicated vision.
