Cycle charting in perimenopause... Why bother when you're off the map???! For me I continue to chart my cycle out of habit, it's just part of my daily journalling and because it helps me see the bigger picture of where I'm at emotionally, physically, spiritually. Charting perimenopause symptoms along side my cycle helps me see patterns, and while they may not be the usual regular cycle patterns, there's still a pattern. Noticing how the moon affects me, my moods, my symptoms is vital for me too!!
So here I am, cycle day 49, off the cycle map but feeling into myself, my body, my mood, my needs... Feeling the pull into the cocoon. ♥️
This is the journey of perimenopause, surrendering to being off the map, accepting the symptoms, listening to the new life ahead that's calling to be birthed...
