Womb Centre Meditation for Perimenopause

Rachael Crow

This womb meditation is a unique healing experience, bringing balance to the hormones, tapping you into the mini energy centres of the cervix, womb and ovaries and bringing opportunity to recalibrate the energy of your womb centre as you journey the territory of Moon Pause.

(for the visual of the energy centres we are working with, see the image below)

Crossing the threshold of perimenopause can leave us exhausted and feeling in a place of such uncertainty, so the importance of ‘self help tools’ are vital to support us to maintain balance and acceptance as we navigate this new terrain.

This visualisation is something to add to your tool box- to bring balance , healing and deeper womb connection.

To work deeper with me on your Moon Pause Journey, Join my Broken Basket Woman course.

I do hope you enjoy this meditation, it is a healing session for you, rest afterwards, be gentle with yourself, drink plenty of water. Do not listen to while driving or operating machinery!

Perimenopause and her Forgotten Archetype

Rachael Crow Blog

Ever since reading Miranda Grays book Red Moon in my 20’s I’ve always used the archetypes of the cycle for my “Map of Womanhood”- Maiden, Mother, Enchantress/Priestess, Crone. (although in recent years I’ve come to use Medicine Woman for the premenstrual enchantress phase.) It popular nowadays for to use the seasons- Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter- same same for me, just …

Perimenopause is Calling You to Your Soul Path, Your SELF

Rachael Crow Blog

The journey of perimenopause is a CALLING to THE SELF… I’ve been sitting in circles with women sharing about their rage, their insomnia, hot flushes, more rage, and they are asking how can I get though this? Well for now, my rage has subsided. I’ve released deep grief for the things ‘I thought’ I would/should/could have been doing/done by now- …

I wrote this book to inspire people, to help them step out of fear into love and to support them to be empowered to take their own path of healing. This isn’t a book on “how to heal cancer”, but how to deal with cancer. How to live authentically with cancer.

Rachael’s story of how her cancer diagnosis led to an extraordinary journey of bringing her whole life into balance- home, work, health, emotions, relationships and particularly her entwined healing of cancer while going through menopause.

Following her intuition alongside the guidance of a herbalist and nutritional naturopath, many healers, healing modalities and protocols, Rachael stunned her doctors by healing Stage 1b cervical cancer. When doctors were pressurising her into a radical hysterectomy and lymph removal, Rachael followed her inner muse which kept assuring her all the way that cancer could be healed though diet, meditation, body listening, forgiveness, prayers, anger release and movement.

From clearing this initial diagnosis, a year later cancer returned with another level of deeper healing, this time it was in her womb and ovaries- stage 4 ‘incurable’ cancer. Here began another level of work that took Rachael into more surrender than she had ever faced, taking on the possibility of death, getting practical about what her body and soul needed, whilst two friends passed away after their cancer treatment failed – Rachael changed her mind on allopathic medicine and intwined it with her holistic protocols, went deeply into meditation and surrender, following her souls purpose of transmuting surgery and chemotherapy into healing, soul connection, love and light.

Through her own radical self love and self care practices she proved the doctors wrong and completely healed and along the way opened up the doors of love, abundance and balance into her life. For Rachael- this was all during the crazy times of 2020- so adding cancelled appointments, no face to face meetings with doctors, months of waiting for scan results all while in the throes of perimenopause, parenting two young children, working to support her healing regime and her family and walking a soul path!

This story is one woman’s journeys of healing cancer-  walking it as an initiation.

My response to the Channel 4 menopause programme & an adrenal cocktail recipe!

Rachael Crow Blog

#therealtruthaboutmenopause I was disappointed with the channel 4 menopause programme last night, ok it’s something that it’s being talked about, being brought out into the open, and made less taboo. And Davina did a great job at tackling embarrassing issues like dry vaginas and loss of libido, but all the way through I felt like it was one big advert …
